I did my very first investment purchase with Cheryl back in 2012. This was the peak of the housing slump and everybody was running away from real estate. I literally had no purchase experience outside of my primary home which I really didn’t even understand much of what was going on with that purchase I had zero experience as an investor. Cheryl was always patient with me so many things she explain and probably re-explain  lol and I didn’t understand she helped me every step of the way and from then on we have forged a lifetime working relationship. It was a very scary purchase it was cash at a time where cash wasn’t easy to come by and it was risky I was very excited yet very anxious at the same time.

I had to figure out a lot about the industry and I have grown into a full-fledged investor with a respectable portfolio & wide variety of experience I’ve done every deal with Cheryl and I will always continue to do that. In every situation she has been honest, advocated for me, and just an overall pleasure to deal with. I’m very thankful for her and I can honestly say that she is someone that you can trust.

As an investor I have expanded to other states and I’ve worked with other agents unfortunately I have not been able to take Cheryl on the road with me but let’s just say what she brings to the table is very rare I trust her for any purchase and any of my listings that I have renovated and sold in Atlanta and Atlanta metro.

Cheryl Owens is a super realtor!  Imagine the worst possible scenario - - a rental property occupied by stubborn tenants who didn’t want to move and didn’t want to support the sale of the property they were occupying.  Cheryl stepped in an made things work!  Not only was she able to locate a buyer for our home, but she also worked with the existing tenants to find a property for them to move into.
